John Kassube will be teaching a one hour "boot camp" beginning February 2nd. Join him on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting at 5:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. John will also be providing nutritional information and tips to help you be the healthiest "you" you can be.
