Christ Is Life - Part 6

Practicals That Empower Us To Express Christ As Life - In the midst of a summer of renewal at Grace Church, the Spirit of God released a series inviting God's people to "cut off what you've been feeding on, and instead, feed on Christ."

This was born out of John 6:33-35 where Jesus said, "33 the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world. 34 Then they said to Him, Lord, give us this bread always. 35 And Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger." We were made in the love of Christ, by the love of Christ, and for the love of Christ.

The Lord's heart in this series is to lift all of humanity out of routinely being sourced, sustained, and ruled by things outside of us that have no bearing whatsoever on our value, our worth, or our identity. No longer letting people and circumstances so easily talk us out of the truth. A Spirit of invincibility is released as God's people stop looking around to be loved and start actually being love. Listen and be reminded that you really "are what you eat".

The True Nature of God - Part 6

The Glory of God in the Face of the Son - Take part in this journey of discovering the true nature of God as revealed in Jesus Christ, His Son. Is the greatest revelation, the most trustworthy revelation of who God really is at His heart, not His own personal, perfect revelation of Himself?

John 1:18, John 10:30, Hebrews 1:3, Colossians 1:15, and John 12:45 all testify that Jesus Christ is the exact representation of God's nature. While the Old Testament revealed God's nature towards sin; the New Testament through Jesus Christ has revealed God's nature towards the sinner. Through the law came the knowledge of sin (Romans 3:20), but through Jesus Christ came the knowledge of God (John 14:9).

Who you believe God is at the core of His being affects so many crucial things, such as:

1. How you relate to God

2. The level of your praise

3. The level of your trust

4. How you relate to others

Listen and enlist yourself in being a revealer of God's true nature.
