The Power of Our Words!
Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of our tongues. When we are talking about walking in honor, humility, trust, unity, and reconciliation the words we say either build that culture of tear it down. And yet we know from Matthew 12:34 Jesus said, “Out of an abundance of the heart the mouth speaks…” Therefore, it is so important that we view our mouths as a diagnostic tool for what is really in our hearts! Listen and be transformed!
Hearts For Reconciliation
God has granted each and every Christ follower His glory and as a result unity in the Spirit one with another. Having hearts for reconciliation when we meet bumps and bruises in our relationships together is our obedience and our faith in living out the unity that God has already granted us. In Galatians 5, Paul warns God’s people about the nature of the flesh and natural man that will try and bite and devour each other. This means the church is not undone by an enemy without but an enemy within!

In John 17:22, Jesus said that the glory God the Father had given Him, He has given unto us that we may be ONE as He and the Father are One! This oneness has a profound impact according to Jesus that allows people who do not know Jesus to recognize He came here for them and that the Father loves them just like He loves Jesus! Many know that praise is important, but often times we overlook the impact and actual effect of our praise.
